I’m a British expat living in the South of France, have just sold my coffee shop business to move back to the UK after 22 years in France and I will be your Cabin Services Director on these posts.
Join me on my musings on 30 plus years of following and listening to Kate Bush which I am sure gives me the title of LoveHound (A true and faithful fan of singer/songwriter Kate Bush source: Urban Dictionary).
Along the journey I’ll give some humble opinions and comments on current affairs, so please ensure your seatbelts are securely fastened and your tabletops are folded away.
All this will be served with recipes and food finished off with that perfect cup of tea or coffee.
